What we think, is who we become. How often do we let ourselves down? How often do we set goals for ourselves and then bail because everything else is more important than YOU. Let's start treating ourlselves as well as we do everyone else. This 30 day reset will reset the gut by discussing what "clean eating" is and how to implement it, we will develop a habit of moving, even for 15 minutes EVERYDAY, and we become more in touch with our minds, and our own needs. Lets end 2020 off in way that we're proud of. join me September 1st

How Does This 30 Days Work?
Programs fail because they lack guidance and support. Even though this 30 days is an "independent" course, there will be options to attend virtual classes through the month. You will receive regular emails from me, as well as being a part of a Facebook group. This will allow you to receive constant recipes, motivation, research, worksheets, challenges, and more. You of course, always, can reach out to me at any time for questions or encouragement.

Yoga at Congaree and Penn
Join me for Yoga at Congaree and Penn's farm on September 20th at 10:00 am. Enjoy a 1hr. yoga class, followed by the chance to explore the grounds, love on some goats, eat a sustainibly prepared lunch, or sample local ciders and beers.
The class is for all levels, just bring a mat and water.
